OurSouq is an independent UAE-based retailer and wholesaler offering computers, electronics, IT equipment, networking products, gaming accessories, mobile accessories and other technology products.
We sell products from many well-known manufacturers and brands. OurSouq is not an authorized distributor, official representative, exclusive dealer or agent of a brand unless this is specifically stated on the relevant product or brand page.

An OpenBox product is not represented as a factory-sealed retail unit. These products was mainly used as a display piece at a showroom or may have packaging damaged during transit. The product condition is clearly stated on the product page. It may have been:
- used as a showroom or display unit;
- opened for inspection or demonstration;
- supplied with packaging that has been opened or damaged during transportation or handling.
Condition : New
A new product is offered as a new item. Where applicable, the product is supplied in its original manufacturer packaging. Brand-new product in original manufacturer packaging.
Condition : Refurbished
Professionally inspected/refurbished product. Condition and applicable warranty are stated on the product page. A refurbished product is a previously sold, returned or used product that has undergone inspection, testing or refurbishment as applicable.
Condition : Used
A Used product is a previously used product. Its condition and applicable warranty will be disclosed on the individual product page.
