Definition of Open Box / Showroom Display Products
Open Box or Showroom Display products are genuine, original items that have been opened, unsealed, or displayed for demonstration, inspection, marketing, or customer evaluation purposes. These products are not sold as brand-new sealed items and may not include the original manufacturer packaging.
Packaging Disclaimer
Original manufacturer packaging may be missing, damaged, or replaced
Products may be delivered in secure alternative packaging
Packaging condition does not form part of the product specification
Claims related solely to missing or non-original packaging will not be accepted
Condition Disclosure
All items are tested and verified for functionality prior to sale
Products are sold in working condition
Minor cosmetic wear, marks, or signs of handling may be present
Cosmetic condition does not affect functionality and does not qualify as a defect
Product images are for illustration purposes only, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Accessories & Inclusions
Items include essential accessories required for normal operation
Non-essential items such as manuals, promotional inserts may be missing
Items sold as described; additional accessories are not implied
Warranty Terms
We provide warranty upto 3 months for all our products.
Warranty may be manufacturer warranty or seller warranty, depending on availability
Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, packaging condition, or consumable parts
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the service provider/seller
No warranty is implied or assumed beyond what is explicitly stated
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Open Box / Showroom Display items are sold on an “as-is, as-available” basis
Items can be returned within 3 days for a full refund.
After 3 days the Items are non-refundable only eligible for exchange.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Missing original packaging
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Change of mind or incorrect purchase
Refunds, if approved, are processed as per company policy
Pricing & Availability
Prices are discounted to reflect open box or display status
Stock is limited and subject to prior sale
Prices and availability may change without prior notice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the product
Product suitability for a specific purpose is the buyer’s responsibility
Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before purchase
By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the condition, packaging status, and warranty terms
